the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the nearest underground station (i found this very convenient). the staff were quite helpful with all my questions.

the room lacked a refrigerator, something i really missed (especially in warm weather). the walls seemed thin and i could hear conversations next door. the lift seemed quite old and a bit worrying.

i stayed at this hotel for a few nights. i found the staff very helpful with directions to the port. they gave recommendations for local restaurants near the hotel. i really liked the room service, as it was done daily, keeping the room tidy. the taxi service to the port was arranged smoothly.

the sound isolation in the rooms was minimal i could hear noise from other guests.

the location was fantastic , being just steps from la rambla. i appreciated being surrounded by many great restaurants and cafes. the service was commendable , and i was able to store my luggage for several hours after checking out. the breakfast offered a good start to the day , served in a unique downstairs area.

the room i stayed in felt quite hot. i learned the air conditioning is centrally controlled. this setup made it challenging to adjust the temperature to my personal preference for optimal comfort.

the hotel had an excellent location! great shopping was nearby, and restaurants and nightlife too. the staff were very helpful and the building was clean. i found really good value for money with a convenient room in the center.

the bathroom door made a loud creak everytime i opened it, so that needs some attention. i found there wasnt hand soap, but i used some from the cleaners trolley. also, they only gave small sachets of shower gel.
